Had a pretty good week of training. My runs are feeling smooth and my conditioning and strength are improving nicely. It’s amazing how much better my running has become with an added emphesis on form and strength and conditioning. My normal training sch. was a little screwed up by a camping trip that Lauren and I went on this past weekend. But it worked out fine. I didn’t miss any sessions and even got to do a 6 miler early Saturday morning along the lakeshore with my Big Sis. All in all I’m happy with my recovery and progress since the half and now i’llbe focusing on strenghth and conditioning and hopefully a few 5 or 10ks thrown in.
