Rest Day

Glad to have everything feeling like normal in training again. It feels fun to be some what of a meat head and focus on the basics, squat/press/pull. Conditions feeling pretty good. I don’t expect to see any major improvement in conditioning through the fall and winter, but thats ok since its not the focus. 10/3-10/9 will be my last week before a deload/rest week. I’m ready for it, my bodys been pushed with the heavy lifting and hill running.
