Training Recap 3/31-4/1

Saturday 3/31/12
90:00 Run
*Woke up this morning with my back feeling about 90-95% which had my spirits high to hit my run. Didn’t push the pace as hard has Sunday, but put in a good effort that has me pleased for where I’m at in my training leading into summer. Now, if I can only figure out which race is going to be my “A” race this year.

Rest Day
*Feeling pretty good today with the back. Basicly 100% I would say. Just the normal soreness that follows my longer weekend run.
