Training Recap 4/8-4/10

Sunday 4/8/12
AM SESSION
ENDURANCE
90:00 Run
*Had a good hard run this morning and felt good afterwards. Also helped that I ate a ton of food and pretty much lounged around all day afterwards too. Evan Williams makes for a nice post-training recovery drink, too. 

Monday 4/9/12
Rest Day
*Besides work I really don’t anticipate doing much today, which is fine by me. I’ll get in some light stretching, but I feel good otherwise. 

Tuesday 4/10/12
AM SESSION
ENDURANCE
30:00Mile Easy Run
*Started out sore and not really having a grove but about 10 minutes in my legs found their stride and I feel into a nice comfortable pace.
PM SESSION
CONDITIONING
10.9.8..3.2.1 Reps NOT For Time
Squat (50% training max)
Pullups
Pushups
*Conditioning isn’t done balls to the wall and form is never compromised, but it isn’t a stroll in the park either. Rest is kept to a minimum and only when needed. Reps are controlled and form is top priority.
