Training Recap 5/7-5/13

30 Minute Run
*very sore and tired this morning as I started this run. Feel into a semi comfortable grove about halfway through, but it was still very labored due to yesterdays hard effort. I am officially in training for the 50k. Lifting will be held to 2 days a week with long runs on saturday and building up a second long run on Wednesdays.
