  1. Hi, whats the logic behind run and walk? Thanks.

    • These speed/interval workouts. The run is done at around 90% of max pace, or the fasest pace I can sustain for he entire given time. The walking is simply recoverery. It working on train certain paces of running that are faster then I would race at. Its nothing more that interval training.
